Alexandria specialises in advising clients in relation to the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property. She acts for clients in IP disputes both pre-action and when litigated either in the specialist Intellectual Property Enterprise court or the High Court.

She specialises in ‘soft’ IP disputes, and as such she has a substantial experience of trade mark infringement and passing off claims, Community and UK design right and copyright infringement. She also advises clients regarding patent infringement and database rights in the context of fashion disputes.
