A practical session exploring how you can make the changes to terms and conditions of employment and workplace arrangements which are necessary for the future success of your business. When do you have to consult with employees? What about collective agreements? What do you do about employees who refuse to agree to new terms?
This course will help you to:-
- Identify what changes require employee consent and which do not;
- Implement a fair process for changing employee’s term and conditions and identifying the correct process if employees’ consent cannot be obtained;
- highlight and provide advice on common problem areas such as accommodating flexible working requests, the application of “collective consultation” requirements, the potential application of the TUPE legislation and the impact “collective agreements”.
