An interactive session designed to help HR professionals and line managers to deal with poor performers in the workplace. What is poor performance and how do you recognise it? When and how can you deal with poor performance? How do you handle complications such as the impact of illness or personal issues, and allegations of bullying?
This course will help you to:-
- deal with the effective performance management of staff and highlight common problems areas;
- Understand the implications of not following a fair process and how liability for claims is assessed;
- Understand when a formal process may not be required and how to deal with the most common complaints from employees with less than 2 years’ service.
