Equal opportunities and diversity training for your workforce is an essential part of your company’s statutory defence in the event of a claim for unlawful harassment. This interactive workshop will provide you with the essential training to reduce the risk of discriminatory behaviour occurring in the workplace and ensure that your company has the best chance of avoiding liability for the unlawful actions of your employees.

This course will help you to:-

  • Identify what amounts to unlawful discrimination and highlight common areas where problems arise;
  • Understand the level of liability that may result from discrimination in the workplace;
  • Implement practical steps to avoid liability in the event employees act in a discriminatory way to their colleagues.
