Working through a scenario which is tailored to your business and drawing on our extensive experience of advising clients in both the public and private sectors, this is an interactive session which is designed to get you thinking about the practical aspects of identifying and dealing with a TUPE transfer.

This course will help you to:-

• Identify when a relevant transfer may be taking place and deal with the common arguments when there is a dispute over whether a transfer will occur;
• Understand the effect of the transfer on employees’ employment;
• Understand what changes can and can’t be made in connection with employees inherited under TUPE;
• Understand your obligations in connection with informing and consulting with employees in connection with the transfer.
