Pannone Corporate was formed in 2014 following a demerger from Pannone, a top 60 UK law firm. When we created the firm we set out to approach things a little differently. We wanted to put our people and our clients at the centre of everything we do. We have created a meritocracy and an entrepreneurial and ambitious firm.  Our teams work in a collaborative and collegiate environment. Our approach has gained us an Investors in People Gold award, an achievement we are very proud of.

Our services include the following, banking and finance, commercial (including data, IP and IT), dispute resolution, debt recovery, employment and HR, regulatory and compliance, corporate, real estate, pensions and corporate restructuring. We are recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers for our practice areas.

We have enjoyed 4 years of successful growth since our formation and have added a large number of new clients, including some well known names such as Iceland Frozen Foods, to our established client base.   Our clients include some of the best known names across the region and beyond; Chevron, Brother, TfGM, Manchester City Council, L’Oreal, DHL and Boohoo.com for example.

We believe in building long term relationships with clients; we have been working with some of our clients for over 25 years. Only by listening to our clients and fully understanding their needs can we offer the bespoke solutions we specialise in providing.

Part of the way in which we build relationships with our clients is by offering value added services such as specialist training and support. Pannone Academy has been created to bring together our training and support from across the firm.
